What is your story?
If you landed here, you are probably in pain of some kind. It may be the pain of an accident, an unexpected diagnosis, a challenging life transition or even trauma but the underlying theme is the same. Something happened and you have not quite been the same since.
It is a very tender, vulnerable place to realize that what you are dealing with is not a simple matter of skinning your knee and being back on your feet in a couple days – it is about changing your life, getting unstuck, and back in touch with the things that are the most meaningful in your life.
Yet where do you begin? Many individuals are frustrated by a lack of options or practitioners who either don't have the time to listen to what is really going on, dismiss their symptoms, or give unsatisfactory answers such as these:
At which point, you may wonder, “So is that it? Do I have to accept that pain is going to be the center of my life from now on?”
The answer is emphatically no.

The fact is, that many people are living in pain when it is completely unnecessary -- simply because they don't know the natural options that are available to them.
Since first entering health care in 1994, I have seen hundreds of people in chronic pain: low back and headache pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, Cancer, abdominal pain, sequelae from surgery and accidents as well as those dealing with significant life changes, anxiety, and depression - all of whom have benefited from natural support either as an alternative to or integrated with their standard treatment.
My approach is to both to give you immediate relief while also addressing the underlying source of the problem by using natural methods such as acupuncture, medical massage, and mind-body exercises. This is not about taking painkillers that provide temporary relief that wears off, or dealing with side-effects just so you can function. This is about reclaiming your life and your vitality.
It’s about getting long term and lasting relief that comes from consistent work and looking at the whole you in the context of your life. This can take time - after all, it took your body a lifetime to get where it is. However, for those who are willing to make the journey, the benefits and results are immediately apparent.
