Morning Medical Qigong Class for health, healing, & well-being
January 7th: Introduction to Qigong (by donation)

Curious about Qigong? Experience the benefits of this ancient moving meditation yourself in a relaxed, informal setting. We will start with a brief introduction to Qigong, the origins of the Morning Medical form and its healing benefits. This will be followed by an opportunity to experience the form directly in its entirety, with some time at the end for questions.
We will take some time to go through the entire Mogadao Qigong form and then save time at the end for questions. A great way to get a taste of Qigong if you have never experienced it before or for those that want to revisit the origins of practice. A $5 donation is suggested to cover the cost of the practice space (this class only).
January 14 - March 25th: Morning Medical Series
Wednesdays 6:45 - 8:15 pm
($12 drop in or $110 for 11 weeks)
In this 11 week course we will learn the foundations of Mogadao Morning Medical Qigong. Each week will will focus on one of the 11 forms in Mogadao Qigong while also practicing the entire form in context.
Morning Medical was developed as a key part of ZhenZan' Dao's recovery from debilitating chronic fatigue so it is particularly appropriate for individuals dealing with this condition as well as fibromyalgia, Cancer, and other health concerns. Please let Tabitha know if you have any health issues, ideally before the class so that she can accommodate your needs.
