Morning Medical Qigong Classes
Winter Quarter January - March 2015
January 7th: Introduction to Morning Medical Qigong (by donation)
Wednesday 6:45 pm - 8:15 pm
($5 donation suggested)
Curious about Qigong? Experience the benefits of this ancient moving meditation yourself in a relaxed, informal setting. We will start with a brief introduction to Qigong, the origins of the Morning Medical form and its healing benefits. This will be followed by an opportunity to experience the form directly in its entirety, with some time at the end for questions.
This is a great way to get a taste of Qigong if you have never experienced it before or to refresh you practice if you have not done it in a while. A $5 donation is suggested to cover the cost of the practice space (this class only).
